Owner/Operator
Austen has been in this industry since he was a wee little lad. He has been the Owner of RMI since 2014 and has brought substantial growth to the company since ownership. His vast knowledge in the industry along with his outstanding customer service skills is the heart of RMI. He isn’t afraid of putting in hard work whether it be in Client Services, Company Growth & Marketing, Digital Print or Production. He is a team player and the reason RMI exists. When he’s not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, travelling, driving around in his summer whip, and rarely saying no to a craft beer.
Will Miller
Production Department Lead, Project Manager
Will is and has been an essential member of the RMI team since operations began. He is a dedicated employee willing to get the job done even if it means working the midnight oil. He loves movies, sports and he plays the bass and guitar. Its rare to see him without a coffee in hand. When he’s not working he’s likely playing basketball, playing music, or watching the Leaf’s break his heart.
Lisa Miller
special Account Manager, Production Assist
When she isn’t drawing season themed pictures on our production board, Lisa keeps the production facility organized and makes sure operations are running smooth all while managing and maintaining a great relationship with our wonderful clients. She enjoys reading, crocheting and drawing in her spare time which doesn’t come too often because she is the happiest when playing with her four adorable children and spending time with her husband of ten years.
Tanya Geerlings
Digital Print Department Lead, Digital Print Manager
Tanya has been with RMI since the beginning. She oversees the Digital Print and manages all the printing here at RMI. Tanya utilizes Adobe CC to manipulate files and layout designs, and participates in minor graphic design. She is a fundamental member of the RMI team. In her spare time, you can find her spending time with her husband, playing with her kids, playing cards and boardgames and being with friends and family.
Sarah Waide
Graphic Design Lead, Executive Administrator
Sarah has lived in Barrie for the majority of her life. Her favourite part of this city is the waterfront and the growing local food industry. She loves singing, playing music, staying active and watching the Raps. She's a traveller and a foodie, and when she's not at work you can find her spending time with her beautiful daughter, dashing husband and a glass of red.
Dianne Kenney
Production Assist
Dianne has been apart of our production team for several years. She is very hard working and tackles tasks with determination, organization and efficiency all while keeping the happiest and chipper attitude. She enjoys staying active with her friends and family, as well as supporting and encouraging youth and young adults being a youth leader for the past nine years. She grew up just outside Orillia but has raised her four beautiful children with her husband in Barrie.
