the situation

To meet strict guidelines regarding accuracy and security demanded by insurance and banking companies, the client required mailing services with a zero % error rate. Several mailing services companies were invited to forward proposals. All promised to deliver with 0 errors. However, Responsive Mailing  was the only mailing company that explained how it would achieve the zero error target, one of several reasons why the client awarded the mailing contract to Responsive Mailing.

Introduced extra security measures, as well as identified the steps required to achieve a zero % error rate.

Maintained an “open door” policy that gave the client the option of conducting a "spot audit" at any time. We allowed the client to focus on other priorities because she knew mailings were being done in a professional and timely manner.
